Snuggle Apparel - RETURNS 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING ORDER!

At Snuggle Apparel, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. While we expect a low rate of refunds, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Below is our refund and return policy:


How Can I Make a Return?
We accept returns on unworn product(s) sent back in their original condition with the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. To start a return, please contact our customer service team to receive the return address. Kindly note that you are responsible for the cost of your returns.

Returns are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the product. For any questions, please contact us through email or our contact page.

Once your return is processed, we will notify you and issue a refund to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 days for the payment to reflect, depending on your provider.

What If My Order Arrived with a Fault?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify our customer service team on the date of delivery via our Contact Page or email us at hello@snuggleapparel.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • Detailed photos of the damage
  • A written description of the issue

We’ll work swiftly to resolve the problem.


Problems with Delivery
Snuggle Apparel is not liable for missing parcels sent to an incorrect address or those requested to be left in an unsecured location. If your order is missing, please contact us via email: hello@snuggleapparel.com to report the issue.

Please allow extra time for transit delays. Note that we cannot refund or send replacements until 20 working days after the date of dispatch (25 working days for international shipments). Once this period has passed, we will replace the missing order.


Local Customs Duty/Tax Fees
Snuggle Apparel is not responsible for any additional import or custom fees incurred with your order. Please refer to your local government’s website for more details on customs and taxes. Below are some examples:

  • United States: No customs fee
  • Canada: No customs fee
  • Europe: Orders under £135 are tax-free
  • Australia: No customs fee
  • Japan: No customs fee
