Order & Shipping
When will I receive my order?
We know you’re excited to receive your cozy Snuggle Apparel! Due to high demand, please allow 3-10 business days for your order to arrive. While most orders arrive sooner, factors like shipping conditions and our 1-2 day processing time may occasionally cause delays. You’ll receive an estimated shipping time at checkout for your convenience.
All orders come with a Tracking Number, so you can follow your package’s journey from dispatch to delivery.
What is my Tracking Number?
Your Tracking Number will be emailed to you within 1-3 business days after placing your order. If you haven’t received it within 7 days, please contact us at hello@snuggleapparel.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Which currency will I be charged in?
Our prices are listed in USD by default. If you’re purchasing from a different region, the currency conversion will be handled automatically during checkout.

Will I be charged for customs and taxes?
Prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD. However, import taxes, duties, or related customs fees may apply once your order reaches its destination. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer. For more details, please contact your local customs office.
Order Modifications
What if I provided the wrong address?
If you realize you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please email us at hello@snuggleapparel.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but due to varying processing times, we cannot guarantee modifications.
If it’s too late to update your address, we’ll wait to see if the package gets returned to us. If that happens, we can either ship it to the correct address or issue a full refund.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you don’t receive it within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.
If I enter my email address, will you sell my information?
